It depends on who does the managing. Management companies pay $99 a month plus $0.25 per unit, for association homes and rental units alike, and the associations and owners they manage pay nothing. Self-managed HOAs pay one flat monthly price by association size, from $24 a month billed yearly for up to 25 units. Property owners who manage their own rentals pay $49 a month for the first property plus $29 for each additional one, and a building with many units counts as one property. Every plan is billed monthly or yearly, and yearly billing saves about 10%. Members, admins, storage and messages are unlimited.
